Assessment

For students, assessment highlights learning preferences and strengths, informing teachers and lecturers on how to build upon these to support academic progress. It helps to tailor strategies that maximise strengths, making learning more engaging and effective.

In the workplace, assessment can lead to accommodations that align with an individual's strengths, such as customised communication methods or the use of assistive technology. This ensures that each person can perform at their best, contributing positively to their work environment.

For those preparing for public examinations, assessment also provides the necessary evidence for Access Arrangements, such as extra time, should the client meet the criteria set by the relevant authorities.
